Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Murakami/Nelson Architectural Corporation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide three site visits to review existing conditions; review existing documents; use Standard District finishes and door hardware for Program for Exceptional Children (PEC) and Police Services spaces, and provide other services in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary (PEC and Police Services) Contract, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing March 25, 2015 and concluding no later than March 25, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $43,600.00.
