Approval by the Board of Education of Small Construction Contract between District and C&C Development & Associates, Oakland, CA, for the latter to frame wall 21 feet long 8'8" high; install Security Mesh at gap with unistrut T&B; frame 2x4 metal stud with 5/8" sheetrock both sides, smooth finish and paint to match existing; demo wall to install 40" frame and door, install to swing outside the storage, metal stud and header; rewire keycard in new location; remove all electrical to cubicles and reinstall electrical outlets use blank covers to cover holds; add two (2) new receptacles at ceiling height for two (2) new TV's for meeting space, in conjunction with the Metwest Educational Center Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing March 25, 2015 and concluding no later than June 30, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $9,722.17.
