Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that serves approximately 75 students daily, increasing program services for Menu of Service Option C: Lead Agency Unit for Small High School for all students and families at Ralph J. Bunche High School, for the period of July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015, in the additional amount of $16,884.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $130,289.00 to $147,173.00. All terms and conditions of the ISA/MMOU remain in full force and effect.
