Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Faith Network of the Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter to coordinate with school staff as directed by the Principal to identify students and collaborate with teachers to provide both daily support for high need students and weekly support for other students within classroom and individually or small groups, provide regular progress monitoring and updates on students' socio-emotional and academic progress, meet with enrolled students and their parents in family counseling sessions and provide monthly/trimester progress reports to parent/guardian, at Burckhalter Elementary School, for the term of December 1, 2014 through June 11, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $8,000.00.
