Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Hachuel Tabernik & Associates Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to produce the third of four year interim evaluation report, summarizing the findings from the first two years of program implementation (2012-2014), present interim evaluation report to the project director, continues to collect and analyze data relevant to the final evaluation report, create an analysis plan to guide District's reporting for the required 2014 Annual Performance Report and perform other services, as delineated in the 2014-2010 Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Investing In Education (i3) research grant funded by a four-year U. S. Department of Education grant, for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $70,000.00.
