Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects (CUPCCAA) between District and Janakes Electric, Redwood City, CA, for the latter to provide and install twenty-three (23) ten (10) duals for workstations and three singles for WAP's; new CAT 6 PVC rated cables to various locations; terminate all data cables on a new CAT 6 patch panel, in conjunction with the McClymonds and Lafayette IT Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work to be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed, in an amount not to exceed $22,675.00.
