Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Preliminary Services (Pre-construction Services) between District and Adco/Turner Group/Alten, a Joint Venture, Richmond, CA, for the latter to perform management and coordination services, plan and specification constructability reviews, provide value-engineering reviews and recommendations and other reviews is necessary to verify that the drawings and specifications are clear and reasonably accurate to minimize the need for changes during the construction phase of the project, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing November 30, 2014 and concluding no later than December 10, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $194,676.00.
