Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Ilene Fortune, Oakland, CA, for the latter to recruit, train, and oversee a representative group of student peer mediators, conduct mediation sessions, support the delivery of the Second Step Elementary violence prevention in collaboration with site staff at Kaiser Elementary School, for the period of September 2, 2014 through June 15, 2015, in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
