Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Kristin Papania, Oakland, CA for the latter to provide differentiated ELD instruction for identified English Learner students not making sufficient ELD progress as measured by the CELDT and currently achieving below grade level in ELA Reading, provide small group and individual instruction on a regular basis, using assessment data and standard based materials to design instruction that addresses the specific areas of academic needs of those students, collaborate regularly with teachers at Sequoia Elementary School, for the period September 2, 2014 through June 12, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $24,400.78.
