Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Israel Cisneros, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 657.15 hours of technical support to include troubleshooting issues with on-line content, device hardware, minor network connectivity issues, organizing and documenting all support requests from teachers to contribute to learning from blended pilot sessions; collaborate with teachers to provide effective, targeted instruction to students using technology, including providing trends and recommendations to teachers from student learning data in the software programs and data dashboards; support intervention through technology by coaching students and supporting student growth through large group, small group, and individual support, supporting students to complete research projects across curricular subjects, and supervising students working with on-line content at Garfield Elementary School for the period of August 18, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $23,000.00.
