Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Berkeley Geo Research Group, Orinda, CA, for the latter to provide Healthy Kids Healthy Oakland (HKHO) opportunity mapping year 3 development: Update years 0-2 Foundational 10 indicator map layers, develop/program year 3 indicator map layers, develop/program we map interface, query and security controls for internal/public access to district data, cloud development and testing, documentation and support development; Live/go data analysis and mapping, parent guide maps programming and production, public/charter enrollment data mapping, Schoolzilla mapping development/support, school and youth program outreach, Ad hoc map data requests; Map center migration development and support: Planning/research, Request For Information/Request For Proposal (RFI/RFP) for contractors, review period of viable options, schedule demonstrations of prototypes, decision on new system, Implementation-configuration, testing, verification, for the period August 25, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
