Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Ally Armijo, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: 1) Support students in the application and/or enrollment in a partner program including the writing of personal statements and reflections, the gathering of letters of recommendation and necessary documentation and the fulfillment of all other forms and permission slips; 2) Discerning and negotiating the expectations of the partner program, school and family in all capacities, as described; 3) Leveraging the services across the partner agency and the school to meet academic and socio emotional expectations; and 4) Case-manages a group of 30-35 9th or 10th graders participating in 3-5 different partner programs, as described, for the period August 25, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $32,000.00.
