Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Erika Bloom, MFT, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a youth development program focused on youth leadership in Restorative Practices which will include organizing, mentoring, training, and empowering a cohort of OUSD youth to promote restorative practices among peers and serve as advisory council to RJ staff and district leadership regarding the efficacy of current practices and opportunities to both expand and improve the initiative within the District and at participating RJ schools, with expected outcomes as stated in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Family, School, Community Partnerships Department, for the period of March 3, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
