Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Oakland Youth Development Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work in partnership with the Title I morning summer school program in order to provide an additional three hours of afternoon enrichment, including STEM learning, physical activity, arts learning and other summer learning opportunities for students, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Family, School, and Community Partnership Department, at Futures Elementary School and Roots International Academy for the period of May 15, 2014 through August 15, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $31,850.00.
