Title: Approval by the Board of Education of the Agreement between the District and Education for Change ("EFC") for the rehabilitation of the Hawthorne Campus by authorizing EFC to submit an application for California School Facility Program ("CSFP") funds to rehabilitate the Hawthorne campus which is currently used by EFC to accommodate Achieve Academy; more specifically, if the CSFP funds are granted by the State, EFC will rehabilitate the existing portables numbered from 41-49 and the three portables currently occupied by the East Bay Agencies for Children and one portable occupied by La Clinica de Rosa, and replace the portables with interconnected modular buildings or a stand-alone modular building at no cost to the District.
