Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Youth Together, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services for a summer expanded learning program to continue developing and strengthening skills through an internship program for four consecutive weeks at a local college institution; high school parents will be engaged through a series of workshops to develop parents to support their children and school site such as navigating campus, comprehending A-G requirements, accessing ABI, and be provided with community resources to support their families at Skyline High School for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, in the additional amount of $33,100.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $194,272.00 to $227,372.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
