Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Oakland Youth Development Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to: (1) advise the principal about the management of the schools financial resources in a way that supports the achievement of the schools instructional goals, (2) advise the principal about alternative solutions to the difficult managerial issues he confronts, (3) inform the Principal about a wide range of District policies and procedures pertinent to the decisions he must make in managing his school, and (4) at the Principals request, take the lead in planning and carrying out complex projects that require extensive knowledge of a number of specialized areas, at Futures Elementary School, for the period of May 19, 2014 and June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $19,010.00.
