Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Schools Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as the Employer of Record for District student interns who receive either stipend pay or hourly wages; manage the HR process, payroll, and reporting functions for OUSD interns, including the intake process of each student's payroll packet, setting up the interns pay schedule, issuing paychecks and stipends, resolving payroll issues, and issuing the student's W-2 in a timely and professional manner for the period of May 19, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $230,000.00.
