Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Seneca Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1) Case management services to Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy students and their families; 2) Mental health therapy including individual, group, and family therapy for students and families of Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy; 3) Integrated mental health services in the classroom milieu through the provision of Mental Health Assistants in the classrooms at Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy; and 4).Clinical and program supervision for direct services to Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy students, for the period of August 15, 2013 through April 15, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $365,000.00.
