Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Erminda Garcia, Phoenix, Arizona, for the latter to provide an additional 46.67 hours of work to provide professional development on effective instructional strategies for Dual Language programs; work in collaboration with management and site administrators to plan professional learning for site leaders and teachers; provide in class room support for teachers to implement effective strategies; and inform professional development needed to sustain continued instructional growth in Dual Language programs across the District, in an additional amount of $3,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to $18,500.00, for the period January 30, 2014 through June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
