Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Anne Diskin, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 6.00 additional hours of service in professional development for school site instructional and administrative staff; provide on-going professional services that will enable teachers to provide a more effective instructional program and improve student academic achievement in curriculum areas of Reading Language Arts, Reading, and/or Mathematics at St. Lawrence O'Toole School, in an additional amount not to exceed $900.00, increasing the not to exceed Contract amount from $1,875.00 to $2,775.00, for the period of September 3, 2013 to June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
