Case management services to Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy students and their families; 2.) Mental health therapy including individual, group, and family therapy for student and families of Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy; 3.) Integrated mental health services in the classroom milieu through the provision of Mental Health Assistants in the classrooms at Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy and 4.) Clinical and program supervision for direct services to Community Day School and Barack Obama Academy students, via the FSCP Department, for the period of April 16, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
