Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its Menu Option E Services supplemental programming at Roosevelt will offer services to approximately 50 students during the months of April and May 2014; services will be provided on 12 Saturday's structured into three 4-week workshops; program offerings will build and enhance students' knowledge and appreciation of World Cultures; learn about college readiness and visit several local colleges/universities; and increase students participation in and knowledge of health and wellness behaviors/activities, at Roosevelt Middle School, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 22, 2014, in the additional amount of $5,494.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $356,627.00 to $362,121.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
