Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Special Education Information System License Agreement between the District and San Joaquin County Office of Education, Stockton, CA, for the latter to provide for District's use its web-based suite of tools, known as the Special Education Information System, for use by Programs for Exceptional Children, in formulating, updating, tracking, storing and reporting on student data and Individualized Education Plans, and to provide other services specified in Agreement, for the term, beginning with the Effective Date and terminating 36 months from the System Launch Date, in an amount not to exceed $65,550.00 and the Parties shall on or before January 30, 2016 determine whether to extend said Agreement for an additional three (3) year term.
