Ratification by the Board of Education of Second Amendment, Granicus Service Agreement Between the District and Granicus, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to add the iLegislate Voting System and the Board and Commissions Application, as described in the proposal, attached hereto, among other benefits, further fully implementing on line sign up of public speakers at legislative meetings, further automation of preparation of meeting Minutes through electronic voting and for allowance for on line submittal and maintenance of residents and citizens applications for appointment to various advisory and independent committees of the District, at a one-time cost of $2690.00 and an additional monthly cost of $900.00, increasing the annual Agreement cost from $30,240.00 to $41,140.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
