Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 142 hours of service of support to parents, guardians and family members of students with an 80% attendance record as well as a grade point average less than a 2.0, providing approximately four hours of information and services to support their family structure by coordinating and delivering information on parent workshops, teleseminars and courses; disseminating information to families that build parent capacity by providing tools and sharing skills to help improve the quality of life through fierce communications strategies and tactics, at Oakland High School, for the period of February 28, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $9,940.00.
