Approval by the Board of Education for Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of service for coordination of the daily operations and ongoing development of the Central Family Resource Center and provide outreach materials that will be used to increase awareness about the Center and services available to children and families, through the Family, School, and Community Partnerships Department, in the additional amount of $31,227.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $45,000.00 to $76,227.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
