Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide support in establishing the College and Career Information Center (CCIC) to assist with transcript evaluations, helping students plan for college and meet all graduation and A-G requirements; to assist students with information on how to submit the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) so that students meet deadline for submission; provide students support in the search of grants and scholarships for financial assistance; support for students when registering for the SAT/ACT college entrance exams and other services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Fremont High School, for the period of September 6, 2013 through June 6, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
