Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: senior transcript services, senior one-on-ones, senior college knowledge presentations, incentive award program at U C Berkeley, SAT/ACT Exam Online Registration Assistance, College Information Day at U C Berkeley, College Representative Presentations, Personal Statement Workshops and One-on-One Assistance, and other services, each as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Castlemont High School, for the period of September 2, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
