Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional services of an Academic Liaison to support the alignment and integration of the after school program with the regular day program; to provide academic leadership, professional development, and data analysis support in addition to attending site meetings and completing all required reports; meet with classroom teachers to identify areas needed for targeted student support; provide after school program staff information about student progress and aligned materials; weekly coaching opportunities and monthly professional development support as needed for the after school program at Sequoia Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2013 through August 29, 2014, in the additional amount of $2,863.25, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $92,953.00 to $95,816.25.
