Title: Approval by the Board of Education of the termination of the Facilities and Operations Agreement by and between the Oakland Unified School District and the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area Charter Schools approved by the Board of Education on June 13, 2012 (Enactment # 12-1481) and amended on February 13, 2013 (Enactment # 13-0328), pursuant to the decision by the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area Charter Schools to cease operations as of January 25, 2014, with plans to reopen at a date in the future; provided, however, reopening shall be conditioned upon repayment of outstanding debts and demonstration of fiscal soundness of the structure of the school.
