Approval by the Board of Education of WorkAbility 1 Special Grant Application to the California Department of Education seeking funding in the amount of $315,064.00 to provide resources and personnel support to integrate work-readiness skills in the curriculum, conduct career/vocational assessments, offer pre-vocational training workshops and develop employment opportunities for students enrolled in Programs for Exceptional Children, for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 and if granted, in whole or in part, authorization to accept same, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof and to submit amendments thereto for the grant year, if any.
