Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Darrick Smith, Vallejo, CA, for the latter to provide instructional leadership training services to site's teaching and administrative staff which involves leadership framing discussions with instructional and administrative staff, observations of classrooms and public spaces, ethnographic interviewing of personnel, gathering student input - conducting focus groups, review of aggregated student data, testing, discipline, and school demographics, school policies, procedures, performance outcomes, curriculum designs, and a final presentation of findings and recommendations for improvement, with outcomes described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Castlemont High School, for the period of November 25, 2013 through June 23, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $14,500.00.
