Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Megan Sweet, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide support and training for Enrollment services, projections, and other key work, including training of the new Coordinator of Enrollment, updating all documents for 2013-14 school year Enrollment Counts process and establishing the timeline, and provide support in developing projections for the 2014-15 school year; provide support to analyze data from the fifth grade survey, completed in June of 2013, and provide a presentation to the school board and cabinet of survey results; complete training of the Manager of Transitional Kindergarten, including finalization of TK policies, identification of TK classrooms for the 2014-15 school year, and complete grant reporting requirements, for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
