Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Ugolini Consulting, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to design and create a Discipline, SST and Cost Manual to serve as an aid in an easy to read format consisting of checklists, flow charts, and other visuals; design manuals that have graphic depictions created for each topic section of the manual but minimally for the Discipline, SST and Cost; provide writing/editing time for these documents with 3-4 authors and 2 review cycles; design and template; provide cover design; provide formatting of pages, as well as necessary graphics; supply photos for manual, as well as the printing of the final document, for the Family, Schools, and Community Partnerships Department, for the period of November 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $36,999.75.
