Title: Ratification by Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Ann Diskin, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 18.5 hours to design and implement Title III Instructional program for identified English Learner (EL) students; provide effective and organized extended academic support services with a focus on English Language Development (ELD) in Reading Language Arts, Reading and Mathematics to identified students; work with students in small groups; provide standards-based instructional program to students; confer with parents as needed; meet and confer with school classroom teachers in order to plan effective supplemental instruction for identified students at St. Martin de Porres School, for the period September 16, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $2,775.00.
