Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Celana Ahtye Pearson, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve 20 Secondary School sites to provide 274 hours of Instructional Coaching Support for the tobacco free policy advocacy peer education leadership instruction program site coordinators; coach each site coordinator in the delivery of a 18 lesson curriculum approved by CDE on developing presentations for Adult decision makers who can reduce exposure to tobacco in their own community; partner with existing adult tobacco policy makers to leverage impactful presentations to reduce exposure to tobacco products; survey all program site coordinators, complete monthly reports, attend all program meetings, through the Family, Schools and Community Partnerships Department, for the period of September 26, 2013 through June 6, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $9,599.80.
