Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Shamonica Clark, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as the PA consultant on the Healthy and Active Kids: Ready to Learning Program as follows: train and support in the Instant Recess and Take 10 curriculum; communicate effectively with teachers and students; prepare and implement lessons and materials for physical activities in conjunction with well- defined structures and objectives; lead activity breaks to model use of curriculum; conduct program evaluation; and schedule trainings, meetings and other appointments, through the Family, Schools and Community Partnership Department, for the period of July 23, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $20,500.00.
