Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Gap Technology, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to perform the following functions, among others: troubleshoot employees who were not paid or paid incorrectly; develop CDDs for Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and Budget Development; implement proposed labor negotiation additions/changes; reconcile benefit Fund 76 issues and Interface with financial accountants on findings; Rollover Employee Records at end of Fiscal Year; analyze and implement new projects; troubleshoot production runs of Payroll, Accounts Payable and other tasks, as set forth in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $67,925.00.
