Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Philip Williams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1,000 hours of service providing technical assistance with Windows and Apple Macintosh computers, as required, to obtain the maximum instructional benefit and utilities for students and staff; refine and implement upgrades to the plan for provision of printing capability in all classrooms and computer labs; provide assistance and troubleshooting implementation issues of software packages and applications; may be involved in further research, design, development, and advice related to teaching strategies with computers, security, and account configuration if needed by the school, both, at Oakland Technical High School and the school's Fashion, Art and Design Academy, for the period August 2, 2013, through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
