Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 of a Professional Services Contract between District and Bay Area Educational Consulting, Martinez, CA, for the latter to provide 80 hours of additional service to continue staff development work in ELA Academic Literacy and WASC support as initiated during the 2012-2013 school year, including supporting teachers in both school communities to align curriculum standards, lesson planning, and instructional strategies to support improved academic literacy and student achievement, as well as WASC support, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, extending the Contract period of July 15, 2012 through June 30, 2013 to July 15, 2013, and increasing Contract by an additional $5,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $23,125.00 to $28,125.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
