Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Zerita N. Dotson, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 125 hours of service to make sure that all testing materials are sorted and provided to each grade level teacher, support the entire testing process to ensure proper State mandates, distribute informational materials to teachers and proctors that are provided by the State, ensure confidentiality is maintained regarding test materials, support teachers and students for each testing date by distributing and collecting test materials and securing them in a locked room, maintain daily written communications with teachers and proctors to ensure that test protocols are adhered to, render any and all scheduling or redirect scheduling to accommodate the test window scheduled by the school, and, upon completion of the testing schedule, will verify all final completed testing materials and package and render materials to the District, at Roots I...
