Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding between District and Relay Graduate School of Education (Relay GSE), New York, New York, for the District to enter into a partnership in which Relay GSE enrolls, engages and supports seven school leaders from Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) in the National Principals Academy Fellowship Pilot Program, a national instructional school leadership program to be launched in Summer of 2013 for current principals, operated and run by Relay GSE with key support provided by OUSD during the operation of this comprehensive program for school leaders, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period April 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014, at a cost to District of $15,000.00 per principal participant, for a not to exceed total of $120,000.00.
