Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Linda Orear, Orinda, CA, for the latter to provide 158.63 additional hours of service including professional development services for the school site instructional and administrative staff, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, that will enable teachers to provide a more effective instructional program and improve the student academic achievement in curriculum areas of Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics and/or Science and Social Studies, in an additional amount not to exceed $7,456.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $6,862.00 to $14,318.00, at St. Leo the Great School, for the period of September 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
