Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with Bay Construction, Oakland, CA, for the latter to replace damaged play structures at two sites which were found to be hazardous for student play in conjunction with the District-wide Playground Repair Project in the additional amount of $4,604.00, increasing the Agreement from $467,000.00 to $471,604.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
