Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Lia Joy Shepherd, Oakland, CA, for the latter, serving as Extended Time Coordinator, to provide a maximum of 1,175 hours of services to 1) support a myriad of extended learning time providers in pedagogy and management; 2) monitor smooth ELT program function until 6 PM, specifically with regards to transitions and egress from campus; 3) participate in campuswide conflict mediation and restorative justice practices; and 4) with Family Schools Community Services coordinate work to develop and on-board new programs and partnerships, at Elmhurst Community Preparatory School, for the period of August 27, 2012 through June 28, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $47,000.00
