Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and ZFA Structural Engineers, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide a structural evaluation of the existing building and to also provide the costs to future renovations in conjunction with the Glenview Portable Installation Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing November 14, 2012 and concluding no later than June 30, 2013 in an amount not to exceed $14,988.75.
