Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Serices Contract between District and Ali Haynes Gordon, Oakland, CA, as Artist-In-Residence, for the latter to provide 279 hours, one session per month of professional development to K-five teachers on the topic of visual arts integration into the core curriculum; work individually with classroom teachers to implement arts integration lessons; and attend grade level teacher collaboration meetings to help integrate the visual arts into the core curriculum at Sequoia Elementary School, for the period October 1, 2012 through June 7, 2013 at a cost not to exceed $13,950.00.
