Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Christopher Lee, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 847 hours of service to 10-12 students at one time and be the bridge to help improve behavior, study skills and provide academic achievement support to Far Below Basic, Basic, English Learner students; provide one hour before school small-group instruction to work on study skills, and provide services to students to show how good health and nutrition helps the body and the mind and a development program that will help students become more positive about themselves and others, supporting development of appropriate classroom and school behavior at James Madison Middle School, for the period of August 27, 2012 through February 28, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $19,497.00.
