Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Lacksana Peters, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide up to 300 hours of service giving training and support in transitioning Office of State and Federal Compliance Technical Assistant in understanding and implementing all the basic processes for District Private Schools Program, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 1, 2012 through October 31, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
